onQuality is currently active on marketplaces in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Serbia, Italy, Spain, Croatia, and Latvia. We are continuously expanding our portfolio and will in future also offer new marketplaces in other countries.

onQuality is highly diversified across product groups. For example, we have a high share in fashion, sportswear, sports hardware, shoes, home & living, cosmetics, accessories and jewelry. However, we also manage electronics and other categories. Please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to have new segments!

Yes, onQuality offers you the option of individually selecting our various modules according to your needs, so you can have your entire marketplace access covered with us. This includes, among other things, the interfaces to all common marketplaces, advice, shipping, storage, returns processing, billing, etc.

To start with onQuality, you need your own product expertise and the basics for selling products online. Above all, this means good content. We need product master data (EAN13, product names, model number, colours, sizes, product texts) and marketplace-compliant product images from you, which we can then use to sell your products as optimally as possible. We would be happy to support you with our onQuality services when creating product texts and images. Of course, you also need freely available goods. onQuality does not place pre-orders, so you can control the introduction of goods and items yourself.

onQuality has contracts and interfaces with all major marketplace providers for many years. We are therefore able to place your products online in approximately 4–6 weeks – depending on availability and the product data.

Depending on the marketplace, either the marketplace or onQuality acts as the seller. You therefore do not have to offer any B2C support directly to the end customer and do not have to carry out B2C invoicing.

Yes, you can decide for yourself which marketplaces you want to go live in, and with which products. So, for each marketplace, you can choose which products you want to see there, and you can also display them individually to different target groups

In principle, our billing system is based on three types of fees:
– one-time setup fees
– basic monthly fees
– commission on sales.

Since we always provide tailor-made, individual set-ups, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a standard price list. Please contact us for a personalised offer.

Shipping / Logistics

If you choose the drop shipping/direct shipping model to the end customer, you should hand over orders received by 2:00 pm to the B2C shipping carrier that same day. Returns must be reported to the system within 24 hours of being received.

The goods must be individually packaged in neutral packaging (e.g., a transparent polybag) and labelled with a scannable EAN13 barcode, both on the hangtag and on the outside of the polybag. Please note the regulations of the Textile Labelling Act and any marketplace-specific requirements.

Our goal is to achieve the best possible customer service and to satisfy the current marketplace specifications. That is why we deliver your products with the carrier DHL.

Yes, onQuality has its own warehouse in the growing Frankfurt/ Rhine-Main conurbation and access to powerful linehaul network with direct daily delivery to all important neighboring countries.
Alternatively, we would be happy to open a consignment warehouse for you at our partner’s facilities and to take over your entire logistics process, from goods storage to shipping to processing returns. This way or the other, you can be sure that your products will always be delivered according to the required marketplace standard (e.g., delivery in special packaging, delivery within 24/48 hours, delivery also on Saturdays).

This is what makes onQuality special: you tell us what you can do, and we have the ideal solution. You can also take care of delivery to the end customer yourself. With our cloud-based shipping solution, we will make your warehouse B2C-ready within a few hours.


No, you always have just one business relationship with onQuality.

In most cases, the risk of default by end customers is borne by the marketplaces. For marketplaces where this is not the case, we only offer customers insured payment methods, so payment is guaranteed by the payment service provider.

With onQuality, you only ever have one domestic B2B invoice recipient, regardless which countries you would like have marketplaces connected in. We harmonise the channel-specific marketplace billing statements to a uniform format and invoice these transparently and fully automatically using the credit note procedure.
