Basic Modules

Whether article data preparation, master data exchange, returns processing or harmonization of accounting data – you receive the right supplementary modules to the basic software for all areas.

In the PIM system, you manage your item master and metadata, media, prices and stocks. The system supports multi-lingual data sets, making it easy to connect international marketplaces.

Our data pool grows with every new marketplace and every new customer. This facilitates your market entry on international platforms in different languages. Even if you don’t speak French at all – our system turns “red” into “rouge”.

Different marketplaces require different product presentations. These requirements are laid down in complex sets of rules, which are initially available in an unstructured form. onQuality has made these regulations machine-readable and checks your item data to make sure it is compliant and complete.

If our software detects deviations or shortcomings, tasks are derived from these and assigned to qualified employees.

These tasks include, for example, creating product descriptions, image classifications or metadata (e.g., assigning product range categories).

Do you not have the capacity to do it all yourself? No problem – we will gladly do it for you.

Complete outsourcing to third parties (e.g., specialist agencies) is also possible, because no marketplace-specific knowledge is required.

Even if we are dealing with a wide variety of warehouse systems, we ensure intelligent order routing for cost-optimised inventory control and fast shipping routes. This way, packages make their way to the end customer via the smartest logistical route.

With smaller shipping volumes, you can handle B2C shipping manually via the basic module. Order data, packing and pick lists and shipping labels are ready and waiting for you. So you can get started quickly and gradually build up your business.

The billing module is the heart of the onQuality software. All information about contracts and invoices is stored here. Information is fed into it from all modules, so that invoices can be properly issued and settled. All challenges of international trade relating to accounting and tax law are channelled here and simplified to German invoicing.

The optional performance dashboard gives you a useful overview of all the important key figures for evaluating your marketplace connection. Among other things, it displays the current sales per marketplace, the return rates per item and the status of the product data. And it supports you in having a constant understanding all important key figures and thus keeping track of the current status as well as the go-live status of your created products.

Optional Modules

With some optional modules, you can expand the software according to your needs. Your customer adviser will be happy to advise you.

With our shipping module, you can handle shipping quickly and efficiently, thereby fulfilling all the requirements of the marketplaces. The process steps can be scaled, even with high shipping volumes, by dividing them into “picking” (transfer of the goods from the storage location to the dispatch table), “sorting” (assignment of the goods to the relevant order) and “packaging” (shipping).

With “Fulfilment by onQuality”, we take care of storage, shipping and the returns process for you. We also work with strategic partners from logistics, so your business remains scalable at any time.

Are you able to process B2B orders every working day, and is your warehouse close to one of our logistics centres? Fantastic! Then you already meet all the requirements for our cross-docking solution. With this option, we provide you with an order every day and collect the goods with a dedicated line haul service.
